Torrey Charles and Willner of Washington D.C. is a Marketing and Advertising agency with a strong background in retail restaurant development and marketing.

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Dallas based Cozymels Coastal Mex.  After working with Cozymels on social marketing initiatives and the building of a new Facebook network (Via FF & C) we will begin development of a new look menu under the direction of their Marketing Director and Executive Chef.

While work on the menu is laid out a new look to marketing elements like Email and this years Cinco De Mayo promotion will be created, implemented and supported.
